Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to become part of our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with vendors, coordinating with multiple departments, solving operational challenges, and maintaining excellent communication across teams. If you are organized, proactive, and able to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment, we would love to hear from you.

As an Account Manager, you will play an important role in managing vendor relationships, supporting procurement activities, monitoring service quality, and ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination between vendors and internal departments.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned vendors and business partners
  • Handle daily communication and coordination between vendors and internal teams
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure company standards are consistently met
  • Follow up on orders, deliveries, timelines, and service quality
  • Resolve vendor-related concerns and operational issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, transactions, and documentation
  • Support procurement and sourcing activities when needed
  • Ensure smooth workflow and communication between all stakeholders
  • Assist management with reports, updates, and operational coordination
  • Help improve processes and maintain efficient business operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in account management, vendor coordination, procurement support, or business operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Professional attitude and ability to work well within a team
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in vendor management or procurement environments
  • Familiarity with sourcing and operational coordination processes
  • Ability to work in fast-paced business settings
  • Strong relationship management and customer service skills
