Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Safety Officer for a major long-term industrial project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for safety professionals who are looking to work in a professional and safety-focused environment within the oil & gas and industrial construction sector.
The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining workplace safety, ensuring compliance with Aramco standards, and supporting smooth site operations. Candidates with previous experience in industrial projects, refinery maintenance, shutdown activities, or large-scale construction projects will be highly preferred.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure all work is carried out safely
- Conduct regular safety inspections and identify potential hazards
- Ensure proper use of PPE and implementation of site safety procedures
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions for workers
- Follow and implement Aramco HSE standards and client safety requirements
- Prepare safety reports, incident records, and inspection documents
- Support emergency response activities and incident investigations
- Promote a strong safety culture across the project site
Requirements:
- Valid Aramco Approval is mandatory
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HSE or industrial safety roles
- Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, or construction projects
- NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or similar safety certification is an advantage
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia with valid documents will be preferred
- Immediate availability is highly important
