Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced HVAC / Chiller Technician to join our team.
We are searching for a skilled and hardworking technician with hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance, chiller plant operations, troubleshooting, and repair works. The ideal candidate should be familiar with handling chillers, AHUs, FCUs, chilled water systems, ventilation systems, cooling towers, pumps, and other HVAC equipment used in commercial and industrial facilities.
This role is suitable for candidates who have worked in facilities management, MEP maintenance, commercial buildings, shopping malls, hospitals, hotels, residential towers, or industrial projects and are confident in handling day-to-day HVAC maintenance activities independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC systems and chiller plants
• Troubleshoot and repair chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, cooling towers, and ventilation systems
• Carry out routine inspections and maintenance activities according to schedules
• Monitor HVAC system performance and identify operational issues
• Ensure smooth operation of chilled water systems and mechanical equipment
• Coordinate with maintenance teams, supervisors, and facility management staff
• Maintain service records, maintenance reports, and inspection checklists
• Support emergency breakdown maintenance and urgent repair activities when required
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed according to safety standards and company procedures
• Assist in identifying spare parts and maintenance material requirements
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as HVAC / Chiller Technician
• Strong experience in HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and chiller plant operations
• Good knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and mechanical systems
• Hands-on experience with AHUs, FCUs, chillers, pumps, and cooling systems
• Ability to diagnose and resolve HVAC system faults efficiently
• Experience in facilities management, MEP maintenance, or building maintenance projects preferred
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI required
• GCC/Qatar experience will be an added advantage
• Candidates with transferable visa/NOC and immediate joining availability are preferred
