Full-Time Instrument Supervisor Vacancy in Saudi Arabia – Oil and Gas Sector
Job Description
We’re currently hiring an experienced Instrument Supervisor for an oil & gas plant project in Saudi Arabia. This is an urgent opening, and we’re looking for someone who is confident handling plant instrumentation, leading a team, and keeping operations running smoothly.
If you have solid hands-on experience in instrumentation and enjoy working in a plant environment, this could be a great opportunity for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising installation, calibration, and maintenance of instrumentation systems
- Working with systems like PLC, DCS, SCADA, and field instruments
- Monitoring plant instruments to make sure everything is working accurately
- Leading technicians and supporting daily maintenance work
- Identifying and fixing issues in control systems and instruments
- Supporting shutdowns, inspections, and routine maintenance activities
- Making sure all work follows safety standards and company procedures
- Keeping proper records, reports, and maintenance logs
- Coordinating with operations and engineering teams for smooth workflow
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in oil & gas plant instrumentation
- Good knowledge of control systems, sensors, transmitters, and valves
- Strong communication skills for coordination and reporting
- Ability to manage a team and handle responsibilities independently
- Must be ready for Iqama Transfer (Tanazul only)
- Candidates who can join immediately will have an advantage
