We’re looking for someone who genuinely understands how the digital world works—not just posting content, but knowing what drives clicks, engagement, and real sales. If you enjoy managing social media, improving websites, and growing online stores, this role could be a great fit.
As a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist, you’ll be handling everything from Twitter marketing and paid ads to website optimization and e-commerce operations. Your work will directly influence how the brand grows online and how effectively it converts visitors into customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing Social Media (Twitter & Campaigns)
You’ll take charge of the company’s Twitter presence—creating content that connects with people in both Arabic and English. It’s not just about posting; it’s about building engagement, running campaigns, and understanding what works.
You’ll also manage paid ads across platforms like Twitter, Noon, and Trendyol, constantly testing and improving performance based on real data.
Keeping the Website Updated and Effective
The website is often the first impression, so you’ll make sure it always looks clean, updated, and easy to use. From product pages to promotional content, everything should be clear and optimized for search engines.
You’ll track how visitors interact with the site using tools like Google Analytics and suggest practical improvements to increase traffic and conversions.
Handling E-Commerce Operations
You’ll manage online stores across platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon.sa, Noon, and Trendy. This includes updating products, adjusting prices, and making sure everything runs smoothly from listing to delivery.
You’ll also keep an eye on sales performance—what’s selling, what’s not—and find ways to improve results.
Running Digital Campaigns
You’ll plan and run Google Ads and social media campaigns, focusing on getting the best return for every budget spent. Testing different ideas, analysing results, and improving performance will be a big part of your day-to-day work.
Supporting Marketing & Branding
You’ll help create simple but effective marketing content—graphics, short videos, and promotional materials. Everything should feel consistent with the brand and work well across different platforms.
You’ll also stay aware of what competitors are doing and what trends are emerging, so the strategy keeps evolving.
What We’re Looking For
- A native Arabic speaker who is also comfortable working in English
- Around 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce
- Someone who can write clearly and creatively for marketing content
- Hands-on experience with Twitter, Google Ads, SEO, and online marketplaces
- Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Noon, or Trendyol
- Basic skills in tools like Canva or Photoshop (video editing is a plus)
- A practical, data-driven mindset—you look at numbers and know how to improve them
