About the Role:
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring materials are received, stored, and issued properly, and maintaining smooth warehouse operations across project locations. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both materials and warehouse staff efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise all day-to-day warehouse operations
- Manage material receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch activities
- Ensure accurate inventory records and stock availability at all times
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or delays
- Conduct routine stock checks, inventory audits, and annual stock counts
- Investigate inventory differences and prepare variance reports
- Coordinate closely with Procurement, Planning, and Project teams for timely material support
- Maintain proper warehouse documentation and reporting systems
- Prepare operational reports, inventory reports, and KPI analysis
- Lead and guide warehouse staff to maintain productivity and discipline
- Ensure all warehouse activities follow company policies and internal procedures
- Maintain high standards of workplace safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Support urgent project requirements and material movement between sites
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar warehouse/logistics role
- Experience in construction, industrial, or project-based environments is preferred
- Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
- Familiarity with ERP systems and warehouse management software is an advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities
- Good problem-solving and organizational abilities
