A well-established Car Repair & Maintenance Workshop in
Muharraq, Bahrain is urgently hiring an experienced
Account Assistant cum Admin to support daily accounting,
administration, payroll, purchasing, and office operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in the automobile
industry, office administration, accounting, finance, and HR operations who are
currently residing in Bahrain.
Job responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative and
accounting operations, ensuring smooth office workflow, and supporting the workshop’s
financial and operational activities.
Manage day-to-day accounting activities and financial transactions
Prepare customer invoices, quotations, and billing
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
Maintain accurate accounting records and bookkeeping
Process purchase orders and supplier payments
Prepare financial reports and statements
Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial accuracy
Process monthly payroll and salary transfers
Assist with VAT documentation and financial reporting
Support HR administration and employee documentation
Coordinate office administration and daily operational activities
Supervise and coordinate staff when required
Ensure proper filing and record management
Maintain confidentiality of financial and employee information
Eligibility criteria
Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
Currently residing in Bahrain (mandatory)
Indian nationality only
Male candidates only
Transferable Bahrain visa (visit visa candidates will not be considered)
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, administration, or operations within the automobile or vehicle maintenance industry
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
Experience handling office administration and operational activities
Familiarity with LMRA, GOSI, SIJILAT, and other Bahrain government systems
Knowledge of VAT regulations and financial reporting
Experience in payroll processing and monthly salary transfers
Ability to manage employee records and HR-related tasks
Strong leadership and employee coordination skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and MS Office
Comfortable learning and using new software applications
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
