Jobb.ae is not a recruitment agency, staffing company, manpower supplier, employment intermediary, labor provider, immigration consultant, or human resources consultancy. We do not recruit, hire, employ, screen candidates, verify applicants, negotiate employment terms, or participate in hiring decisions.

3User Content & Advertisements
All advertisements, listings, and content submitted by users, employers, advertisers, or third parties remain their sole responsibility. Jobb.ae does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, completeness, reliability, or authenticity of any published content.
Publication of any content does not constitute endorsement, approval, verification, recommendation, or certification by Jobb.ae or Jobb Group FZE.
4Advertiser Responsibilities
Advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted content complies with applicable laws and regulations. Advertisers warrant that they have all necessary rights, permissions, and authority to publish submitted content and that such content does not violate any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, employment laws, or other legal requirements.
5Job Seeker Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying the legitimacy of any opportunity, advertiser, employer, or third party. Before applying for any position or sharing personal information, users should conduct their own due diligence and independent verification.

5APublic Resume Listings
Users who choose to publish a resume on Jobb.ae acknowledge and agree that their resume may be publicly accessible through the website and may be viewed by employers, recruiters, businesses, search engines, and other visitors.
Users are solely responsible for all information they choose to publish, including but not limited to their name, contact information, employment history, education, qualifications, skills, certifications, photographs, and any other personal information.
Jobb.ae provides users with tools to edit, update, hide, unpublish, or delete their resume and to control the visibility of certain contact information. Users are responsible for managing these settings according to their own privacy preferences.
Jobb.ae does not guarantee that copies, cached versions, archived pages, or search engine indexes will be removed immediately after a resume is edited, hidden, or deleted. Users acknowledge that information previously made public may continue to exist outside the control of Jobb.ae.
Users should carefully consider the personal information they choose to publish. Jobb.ae shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from the voluntary publication of personal information.
