Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Admin Cum Accountant to join our team at an Aluminium and Glass Factory. This role is suitable for someone who can comfortably manage both office administration and basic accounting tasks while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the company.
The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and capable of handling office documentation, financial records, invoices, and general administrative work. In this role, you will help ensure that office activities run efficiently while maintaining accurate accounting records and supporting management when needed.
Candidates who have previously worked in manufacturing companies, aluminium fabrication units, glass factories, or construction-related businesses will have an added advantage.
About the Role
As an Admin Cum Accountant, you will play an important part in managing the daily administrative tasks and basic accounting responsibilities within the office. The position requires someone who can keep records organized, handle financial documentation, and assist with general office coordination.
You will also work closely with management and staff to ensure that documents, payments, and office processes are handled properly and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
- Handle daily office administration and coordination
- Maintain office files, documents, and company records
- Manage emails, correspondence, and office communication
- Organize and maintain administrative documents and reports
- Provide general administrative support to management
Accounting Responsibilities
- Maintain basic accounting records and financial documentation
- Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and payment records
- Record daily financial transactions and company expenses
- Track supplier invoices and payment details
- Assist with basic accounting reports and financial summaries
- Ensure proper filing and organization of financial documents
Office Coordination
- Coordinate with factory staff, suppliers, and management
- Maintain records related to purchases and office supplies
- Support smooth communication between the factory and office team
- Ensure administrative and accounting tasks are completed accurately and on time
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration and accounting roles
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting procedures
- Ability to manage documents, invoices, and financial records
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Familiarity with MS Office such as Excel and Word
