About the Role:
In this role, you’ll be directly involved in handling electrical works from planning to execution. You’ll work closely with site teams, ensure everything runs smoothly, and make sure all systems meet required standards. It’s a hands-on position where your technical knowledge and practical experience will truly make a difference.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling the design and execution of electrical systems on-site
- Making sure all work follows Karama guidelines and international standards
- Supervising installations such as cable laying, panels, and equipment setup
- Managing testing and commissioning of electrical systems
- Coordinating with other teams to keep projects running on track
- Identifying issues early and solving them efficiently
- Preparing reports, drawings, and technical documents as required
- Ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Karama approval or registration is a big plus
- Solid experience in E&I, construction, or industrial projects
- Good understanding of power systems, switchgear, and electrical distribution
- Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar software
- Strong communication skills and a practical problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently and meet deadlines
- Preferably below 45 years of age and physically fit
