Full-Time Apply Now: Electrical Project Manager – Power Infrastructure Projects
Job Description
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Electrical Project Manager who knows substation projects inside out—especially when it comes to SEC standards and high-voltage systems. If you’ve handled 132kV, 230kV, or 380kV projects and enjoy leading teams while keeping projects on track, this could be a great fit for you.
In this role, you’ll take charge from the early planning stages all the way through to final handover. You’ll be the person making sure everything runs smoothly—on time, within budget, and up to the required technical and safety standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking full responsibility for substation projects from start to finish
- Making sure all work meets SEC standards and safety requirements
- Working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams
- Keeping track of project timelines, costs, and resources
- Overseeing installation, testing, commissioning, and final energization
- Reviewing designs, handling approvals, and managing technical documents
- Leading site teams and ensuring everyone is aligned and productive
- Identifying risks early and solving problems before they affect progress
- Preparing regular reports and keeping stakeholders updated
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Around 6–8 years of experience, specifically in SEC substation projects
- Strong understanding of high-voltage systems, transformers, switchgear, and protection systems
- Hands-on experience with installation, testing, and commissioning
- Someone who can confidently lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Good communication skills and the ability to stay organized under pressure
