We’re currently looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer to join our project team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, drawings, and technical details—and takes pride in building accurate estimates that support successful projects.

About the Role
In this position, you’ll be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and BOQs for MEP works and rotating equipment packages. You’ll review drawings and specifications, carry out quantity take-offs, estimate manpower, and support tender pricing activities.
You’ll also work closely with vendors, procurement teams, and project managers—collecting quotations, comparing costs, and helping ensure every estimate is realistic and competitive. Your work will directly support bidding, budgeting, and overall project planning.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing cost estimates and BOQs for MEP works and rotating equipment
- Working with pumps, fans, compressors, heat exchangers, motors, and similar systems
- Taking quantities from drawings and technical documents
- Developing man-hour estimates and supporting tender submissions
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers for pricing and technical details
- Preparing cost comparisons and supporting procurement decisions
- Reviewing project scope and identifying possible cost-saving opportunities
- Assisting project teams with technical and commercial inputs
- Helping prepare tender documents and bid evaluations
- Keeping estimation files, spreadsheets, and records well organized
- Supporting budget tracking and variation pricing when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Around 3–8 years of experience in estimation roles, ideally within industrial, EPC, or maintenance projects
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and rotating equipment
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (mandatory)
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications
- Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Clear communication and coordination abilities
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
