Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to join our growing organization and lead our technology operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong technical leader who enjoys building scalable digital solutions, managing development teams, and driving innovation through modern technologies.
The ideal candidate should have excellent experience in software development, cloud infrastructure, system architecture, cybersecurity, DevOps, ERP integration, and enterprise application development. You should also have strong hands-on knowledge of React.js, Node.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, APIs, databases, and cloud-based systems.
As our CTO, you will play a major role in shaping the company’s technology vision, improving existing systems, managing technical teams, and ensuring all digital platforms are secure, scalable, and high-performing.
Your Main Responsibilities
Technology Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and manage the company’s technology roadmap and digital strategy
- Lead technical planning and support long-term business growth through innovative solutions
- Identify and implement new technologies, frameworks, and tools
- Ensure all systems are scalable, secure, reliable, and future-ready
- Work closely with management teams to align technology with business objectives
Software Development & System Architecture
- Lead software development teams and oversee project execution
- Manage the development of scalable web applications using:
- React.js
- Node.js
- Next.js
- Tailwind CSS
- JavaScript
- Ensure clean coding standards, technical documentation, and software quality
- Oversee frontend and backend development processes
- Supervise API development, integrations, and database connectivity
- Improve application speed, performance, responsiveness, and user experience
Cloud Infrastructure & Cybersecurity
- Manage cloud servers, hosting environments, and deployment systems
- Implement strong cybersecurity practices and data protection measures
- Monitor system reliability, server performance, and infrastructure security
- Lead DevOps practices and CI/CD deployment workflows
- Ensure backup systems and disaster recovery plans are in place
ERP & Enterprise Solutions
- Manage ERP integrations and enterprise software solutions
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and technology partners
- Improve internal systems and workflow automation
- Ensure seamless integration between platforms, applications, and business systems
Team Management & Collaboration
- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to engineering teams
- Support team growth, productivity, and technical excellence
- Manage project timelines, priorities, and technical resources
- Collaborate with stakeholders and department heads on business requirements
- Build a positive and innovation-driven technology culture
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role or CTO position
