We’re currently looking for a reliable and well-organized HR Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, handling day-to-day HR tasks, and supporting recruitment and employee processes, this role offers a great opportunity to grow in the field of human resources.
In this position, you’ll be supporting the HR team with everything from hiring and onboarding to maintaining employee records and assisting with payroll and attendance. It’s a hands-on role where your contribution will make a real difference in keeping HR operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keeping employee records and HR databases accurate and up to date
- Assisting with recruitment, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
- Supporting onboarding and orientation for new employees
- Preparing HR documents such as offer letters and employee files
- Handling employee queries and providing day-to-day HR support
- Assisting with payroll, attendance tracking, and leave management
- Ensuring all HR processes follow company policies and basic labour regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR Assistant or similar role
- Good communication skills and the ability to stay organized
- Comfortable using MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and HR practices is an advantage
- Someone who can handle confidential information with care and professionalism
