Job Description
We’re looking for a dependable and detail-focused Accounts Executive who enjoys working with numbers and keeping things organized. If you take pride in accuracy, like handling financial data, and want to grow in the accounts and finance field, this role could be a great fit for you.
In this position, you’ll be handling everyday accounting tasks, preparing reports, and making sure everything is recorded correctly and on time. You’ll also get the chance to work on audits, compliance, and financial processes that are essential for a growing business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Take care of daily accounting work like entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
- Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring payments and collections are on track
- Check invoices, monitor expenses, and maintain proper financial records
- Support monthly and yearly closing activities
- Assist with audits, tax, VAT, and compliance-related work
- Use MS Excel and accounting software to organize and analyze financial data
- Work closely with other teams to collect and verify financial information
- Help improve processes and identify ways to manage costs better
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- CA Inter / CMA Inter is preferred
- Good understanding of financial reporting, bookkeeping, and accounting basics
- Strong skills in MS Excel (formulas, reports, data handling)
- Familiarity with audit, taxation, and compliance processes
- Experience with accounting software like Tally, SAP, or similar tools is a plus
- Someone who is organized, accurate, and able to meet deadlines
- A proactive person who can work both independently and with a team
