About the Role
The Barista is responsible for preparing drinks, assisting customers, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the café area. You will work closely with the café team to ensure that drinks are prepared correctly, service runs smoothly, and the café maintains high standards of quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, and iced coffee according to café standards
- Take customer orders accurately and ensure they are prepared correctly
- Provide friendly and professional service to customers at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, preparation area, and café equipment
- Ensure beverages are presented neatly and consistently
- Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other café supplies when needed
- Assist with receiving and organizing daily or weekly stock deliveries
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times
- Inform the store manager about customer feedback or concerns
- Support café promotions and help customers learn about available drinks and products
- Work together with the team to keep operations running smoothly, especially during busy hours
Requirements
- Female Filipino nationality
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Basic English communication skills
- Experience in food and beverage service, cafés, coffee shops, or customer service roles is preferred
- Previous barista experience (6 months – 1 year or more) will be an advantage
- Friendly personality with a positive attitude toward customers
- Well-groomed appearance and professional behavior
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso-based drinks
- Familiarity with coffee machines, grinders, and café equipment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
