We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented professional who can help maintain a safe working environment while ensuring all health and safety standards are properly followed on-site.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Occupational Health & Safety
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers
- Good communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety procedures and HSE regulations
- Good computer and reporting skills
- Ability to handle safety inspections, reports, and compliance procedures
- Candidate must have a transferable Iqama
Job Responsibilities:
As a Safety Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe and secure work environment. Your duties will include:
- Conducting regular site safety inspections
- Identifying hazards and implementing preventive measures
- Ensuring compliance with company and Saudi safety regulations
- Preparing safety reports and documentation
- Organizing safety awareness programs and toolbox talks
- Monitoring the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Investigating incidents and recommending corrective actions
- Working closely with project teams to improve workplace safety standards
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with the following will have an added advantage:
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA certifications
- Previous Gulf experience
- Experience in construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of emergency response and risk assessment procedures
