Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia for a full-time, on-site role. This position is perfect for someone who understands the MEP industry, enjoys building client relationships, and knows how to turn opportunities into successful projects.

About the Role
In this role, you’ll focus on growing the business while also supporting MEP project delivery. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients, helping plan projects, monitor progress, and ensure everything is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
You’ll also play a key part in strategic planning, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining long-term client relationships, all while aligning projects with the company’s goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the MEP sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Support planning and execution of MEP projects
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to keep projects on track
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and resource usage
- Ensure projects meet safety standards and quality requirements
- Help resolve site or project issues and support strategic decision-making
What We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and project management
- Proven experience leading teams and managing complex projects
- Good understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning
- Confident decision-maker with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) or related field
- Project management or safety certifications are a plus
- Previous experience in the Saudi market is an advantage
