Full-Time Career Opportunity: Sales Executive – Retail and Admin Coordination
Job Description
We’re currently looking for an energetic and responsible Sales Executive to become part of our team. If you enjoy working with customers, staying organized, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, this role could be a great match for you.
This position is more than just handling sales. You’ll be involved in daily shop operations, coordinating orders, checking quality before delivery, and ensuring every customer receives exactly what they expect — on time and without complaints. You’ll also manage corporate orders and report directly to the General Manager.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Using our sales system to process transactions and issue receipts
- Recording shop sales accurately and handling payments responsibly
- Coordinating customer orders and ensuring they are delivered on time
- Taking care of the administrative side of sales and order processing
- Checking the quality of items before they leave the shop
- Supervising florists to make sure orders are prepared correctly and on schedule
- Managing corporate and bulk orders with proper follow-up
- Reporting updates and progress to the General Manager
- Making sure customers are satisfied and resolving any issues quickly
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or shop operations
- Confidence in using sales systems and handling transactions
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Attention to detail, especially when checking orders
- Ability to work in a busy environment and handle multiple tasks
