Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced and friendly Customer Service Executive to join our team in Manama. If you enjoy working with people, handling client requests, and coordinating with technical teams to get things done, this could be a great opportunity for you.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for our customers. You’ll handle calls and emails, follow up on service requests, and work closely with technicians and operations teams to make sure jobs are scheduled and completed smoothly. Your communication skills will help build strong relationships with clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Answer customer calls, emails, and service requests
- Handle client inquiries, quotations, and job follow-ups
- Coordinate with technicians and operations teams
- Schedule maintenance work and provide updates to customers
- Prepare basic reports and maintain records
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of customer service experience
- Experience in a construction or maintenance company is a plus
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable handling clients and follow-ups
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting
