About the Role
In this role, you’ll be handling day-to-day data tasks that help keep business operations running smoothly. From updating records to preparing reports, your accuracy and efficiency will play a key part in the team’s success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Entering and updating data in company systems with high accuracy
- Checking and correcting any errors to ensure reliable information
- Preparing reports using Excel and other tools
- Organizing and maintaining digital and physical records
- Working closely with team members to manage data-related tasks
- Handling documents and files in a well-structured manner
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator in Saudi Arabia
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Familiarity with ERP systems or databases is a plus
- Ability to communicate in both English and Arabic
- Fast typing speed with strong attention to detail
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Must be currently in Saudi Arabia with a valid Iqama
- Ready to join immediately

- Experience with advanced Excel functions like Pivot Tables or VLOOKUP
- Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently
- Team player with a positive and responsible attitude
