Full-Time Electro-Mechanical Engineer Required | MEP Site Engineer Role

We’re currently looking for a skilled and motivated Electro-Mechanical Engineer to join our growing project team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working on site, coordinating electrical and mechanical activities, and being involved in projects from planning all the way through to commissioning.

About the Role
As our Electro-Mechanical Engineer, you’ll be responsible for managing both electrical and mechanical works on active construction sites. Your day-to-day tasks will include reviewing drawings, preparing quantities, supervising installations, coordinating trades, and supporting testing and commissioning activities.
You’ll work closely with project managers, supervisors, subcontractors, and technicians to deliver power systems, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, piping, firefighting, and equipment installations safely and efficiently. This is a practical, site-based role where your technical skills and coordination abilities will make a real difference.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Preparing BOQs and quantity take-offs for electrical and mechanical works
• Reviewing drawings such as layouts, SLDs, P&IDs, schematics, and specifications
• Supervising installation of power, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, piping, firefighting, and equipment systems
• Planning materials, manpower, and daily work activities on site
• Coordinating electro-mechanical services to avoid clashes and delays
• Making sure works follow approved drawings and quality standards
• Preparing material requests and supporting procurement planning
• Monitoring site progress, productivity, and workmanship
• Supporting testing, commissioning, and system handover
• Ensuring all activities comply with HSE and safety requirements
• Preparing site reports, progress updates, and assisting with as-built documentation
• Identifying site issues early and providing practical technical solutions
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electro-Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
• 3–6 years of experience in electro-mechanical site execution (construction or EPC projects preferred)
• Strong experience with BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs
• Good understanding of electrical and mechanical systems and drawings
• Hands-on experience supervising MEP installations on site
• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical codes and standards
• Good coordination and communication skills
• AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple site activities independently
