We’re looking for a talented Sales Engineer to join our team and help us deliver high-quality industrial products and automation solutions to customers across various industries.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting clients, understanding technical requirements, solving challenges, and turning opportunities into long-term business partnerships. If you have experience in industrial sales and a strong understanding of automation, electrical products, or industrial spare parts, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, supporting existing customers, and promoting our range of industrial and automation products. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide the most suitable technical solutions while ensuring excellent service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify sales opportunities within industrial, manufacturing, engineering, construction, and related sectors.
- Promote and sell industrial spare parts, automation products, electrical equipment, and engineering solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and secure new orders.
- Visit customers regularly to understand their operational needs and provide professional support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time deliveries.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and customer requirements.
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company professionally and contribute to building a strong market presence.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial sales, technical sales, automation products, electrical equipment, or industrial spare parts.
- Good understanding of industrial automation and engineering products.
- Familiarity with leading brands such as Siemens, ABB, Schneider Electric, Allen-Bradley, GE, Mitsubishi, Omron, Honeywell, Emerson, or similar products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A valid driving licence is an advantage.
- Good command of English; knowledge of Arabic will be considered a plus.
