Full-Time Experienced Document Controller Needed in Dubai | UAE Construction Job Openings
Job Description
We’re currently on the lookout for experienced Document Controllers to join our team for major villa construction projects in Dubai. If you have solid experience in handling construction documents within the UAE or GCC and enjoy working in a fast-paced project environment, this could be a great fit for you.
About the Role:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for keeping all project documents organized, updated, and easily accessible. From drawings and submittals to reports and approvals, you’ll ensure everything is properly recorded and shared with the right teams at the right time.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and organizing all project-related documents such as drawings, BOQs, RFIs, and reports
- Keeping track of document submissions, approvals, and revisions
- Making sure all files are properly stored, labelled, and easy to retrieve when needed
- Coordinating with engineers, consultants, and site teams to collect and update documents
- Maintaining accurate logs and ensuring version control of all technical documents
- Supporting the team by preparing reports on document status and pending approvals
- Ensuring all documentation follows project requirements and UAE construction standards
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 7 years of experience as a Document Controller in construction projects within UAE or GCC
- Hands-on experience working on villa or residential projects in Dubai
- A relevant degree or diploma in a related field
- Familiarity with document control systems like Aconex, EDMS, or similar tools
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized under pressure
