We are looking to bring on board a passionate and detail-focused QA/QC Engineer to support its ongoing and upcoming projects. In this role, you’ll be responsible for making sure that every stage of the project meets the required quality standards — from materials to workmanship — while working closely with site teams, consultants, and management.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing day-to-day quality assurance and quality control activities on-site
- Carrying out regular inspections of materials, workmanship, and ongoing works
- Ensuring all activities are in line with project specifications, approved drawings, and industry standards
- Preparing and maintaining quality reports, inspection records, and documentation
- Reviewing method statements, technical submittals, and shop drawings
- Coordinating with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to address any quality concerns
- Identifying issues early and suggesting practical solutions and improvements
- Handling inspection requests (WIR/MIR) and non-conformance reports (NCRs)
- Supporting audits and making sure all processes follow ISO and project requirements
- Promoting a strong culture of quality, safety, and compliance across the site
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer in construction projects
- UAE or Gulf experience is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Good understanding of construction quality standards, inspection procedures, and documentation
- Familiarity with ISO standards and QA/QC processes
- Ability to read and understand drawings and technical documents
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with different teams
