We are currently looking for a friendly, confident, and experienced Salesman to join our retail boutique shop in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer service, strong communication skills, and previous experience in retail or boutique sales.
This role is suitable for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, understands fashion and retail trends, and can contribute positively to daily store operations.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in retail sales, boutique shops, fashion stores, or showroom sales
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to assist customers professionally and help increase sales
• Knowledge of garments, fashion accessories, and retail products
• Smart appearance and positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of billing, stock handling, and shop operations
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and assist them in finding suitable products
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping experience
• Arrange and display products neatly inside the showroom
• Support daily store activities including stock arrangement and billing assistance
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in the shop
• Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits
• Work towards achieving sales targets and store goals
