Job Description
We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager who knows how to keep things organized, efficient, and under control—especially in a fast-moving food and beverage environment. If you’re someone who takes ownership of operations, keeps stock accurate, and ensures product quality at all times, this role could be a great fit for you.
About the Role
In this position, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of the entire warehouse. From managing stock and supervising staff to making sure products are stored properly and dispatched on time, you’ll be at the heart of daily operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing Daily Operations
- Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch
- Ensure inbound and outbound processes run smoothly without delays
- Organize the warehouse layout for easy access and efficient workflow
Keeping Stock Accurate
- Monitor inventory levels and make sure records are always up to date
- Use ERP systems and Excel to track stock movement and generate reports
- Reduce errors, damages, and losses through proper control
Handling Food & Beverage Products
- Make sure products are stored correctly and handled with care
- Keep a close eye on expiry dates and batch tracking
- Maintain hygiene standards and ensure product quality at all times
Leading the Team
- Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks clearly
- Support and guide the team to improve productivity
- Ensure everyone follows procedures and works safely
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare regular reports on stock, movement, and performance
- Coordinate with other departments to keep operations aligned
- Use your Excel and ERP knowledge to keep everything organized
What We’re Looking For
- At least 4 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is essential
- Strong understanding of stock control and warehouse operations
- Good working knowledge of Excel and ERP systems
- Ability to manage a team and handle daily challenges confidently
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- A practical, detail-focused approach to work
