About the Role
As the F&B Manager, you’ll oversee all Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service. You’ll be responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly — from service standards and team performance to cost control and revenue growth.
This is a leadership role that requires both operational focus and a strategic mindset. You’ll work closely with your team to maintain high standards while continuously improving performance and guest satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing daily operations across all F&B outlets
- Leading, training, and motivating the service team
- Monitoring service quality and guest feedback
- Managing menus in coordination with the culinary team
- Controlling food and beverage costs and reducing wastage
- Implementing promotions and revenue-building initiatives
- Monitoring inventory levels and supplier coordination
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Tracking financial performance and meeting sales targets
- Handling guest concerns professionally and efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar hospitality leadership role
- Strong understanding of restaurant and hotel operations
- Experience in cost control and revenue management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple outlets and busy service periods
- Familiarity with POS systems and hospitality software
- Immediate availability preferred
