We are currently hiring a talented and motivated Fit-out Engineer to join our team for exciting interior fit-out and civil construction projects across Qatar. About the Role
As a Fit-out Engineer (Civil), you will play a key role in managing and supervising interior fit-out and civil construction activities on-site. You will work closely with project managers, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are completed smoothly, safely, and on schedule.
The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of interior finishing works, construction coordination, quality control, and project execution. Experience in commercial, office, retail, hospitality, or residential fit-out projects will be highly valued.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day fit-out and civil works at project sites
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications
- Monitor project timelines and site progress to meet deadlines
- Supervise interior finishing works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, and related activities
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality standards
- Support material planning, procurement coordination, and site logistics
- Prepare progress reports and technical documentation when required
- Ensure all safety procedures and construction standards are followed on-site
- Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently and professionally
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in fit-out or civil construction projects
- Strong understanding of interior fit-out execution and site supervision
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, construction drawings, and project coordination
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
- GCC or Qatar experience is an added advantage
- Qatar Driving License is preferred
