Job Description
We’re currently looking for an experienced and motivated Cash Van Salesman to join our growing food products team in Saudi Arabia. If you have worked in FMCG or food distribution and enjoy being out in the market, meeting customers, and driving sales, this could be a great opportunity for you.
This role is perfect for someone who understands the Saudi retail market, knows how to manage a sales route, and is confident in achieving targets while building strong customer relationships.
About the Role
As a Cash Van Salesman, you will handle direct sales and distribution across your assigned area. Your daily work will include visiting supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail stores, delivering products, generating invoices, collecting payments, and ensuring proper product display.
You will be the face of the company in the market, so professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills are very important.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in food products or FMCG sales
- Good knowledge of the Saudi market, especially supermarkets and hypermarkets
- Experience in van sales or route sales operations
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to achieve monthly sales targets
- Languages required: English, Arabic, and Hindi
- Valid Saudi driving license (mandatory)
- Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused
Your Main Responsibilities
- Manage sales and distribution within your assigned territory
- Visit retail outlets regularly and maintain strong relationships
- Deliver products and ensure correct invoicing and collections
- Achieve monthly sales targets and grow revenue
- Expand market coverage by bringing in new customers
- Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and stock rotation
- Monitor competitor activities in the market
- Submit daily and monthly sales reports
