Full-Time General Manager Role | Senior Operations Leadership | Saudi Arabia
Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced and capable General Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for someone who has strong leadership skills and extensive experience managing offshore operations and large operational teams.
The General Manager will play a key role in overseeing the company’s daily activities while ensuring that operations run efficiently and meet the company’s business goals. The position requires someone who can guide teams, manage complex operations, and maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and operational performance.
Candidates who are already based in Saudi Arabia, hold a valid and transferable Iqama, and are available for immediate joining will be preferred.
About the Role
As a General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company’s overall operations and ensuring that all departments work together effectively. Your role will involve developing strategies to improve business performance, supervising offshore activities, and ensuring that projects and operations are completed successfully.
You will work closely with department managers and operational teams to ensure smooth coordination between different areas of the business. The role also involves monitoring operational performance, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
This position requires someone who can make sound decisions, manage teams confidently, and maintain a clear focus on operational efficiency and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the company’s daily operational activities
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals
- Supervise and manage offshore operations and related activities
- Lead and support department managers and operational teams
- Ensure all operations follow company policies and industry regulations
- Monitor operational performance, productivity, and efficiency
- Manage budgets, operational resources, and cost control
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and performance
- Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and operational quality
- Provide regular updates and reports on operational performance
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in operations or offshore-related industries
- Strong experience in offshore operations and operational management
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Excellent communication, planning, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage large teams and complex operations
- Currently residing in Saudi Arabia
- Valid and transferable Iqama
- Ready for immediate joining
