We’re looking for a motivated Assistant Accountant to join our finance team in Al Khobar. What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Around 1–2 years of experience in accounting (fresh graduates with strong knowledge are also welcome)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Comfortable using MS Excel for everyday tasks and reporting
- Familiarity with Odoo Accounting Software is a plus
- Good communication skills (English required, Arabic is an advantage)
- Someone who is organized, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Helping maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping
- Handling bank reconciliations and checking for any discrepancies
- Supporting invoice processing and account reconciliations
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable tasks
- Contributing to monthly reports and closing activities
- Keeping financial documents organized and up to date
- Working with different departments to ensure financial accuracy
