We’re currently looking for a confident and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Saudi Arabia. If you have experience selling Facility Management (FM) services, Pest Control contracts, Cleaning services, or Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) in the Saudi market, this could be a strong next step in your career.
We’re searching for someone who understands how the local market works, knows how to approach clients professionally, and enjoys turning opportunities into long-term business relationships.
About the Role
As a Sales Executive, your main focus will be bringing in new business and growing existing accounts. You’ll be promoting a range of services including:
- Facility Management solutions
- Pest Control services
- Commercial and residential cleaning
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
- Landscaping and property maintenance
- MEP and general building maintenance services
You’ll meet clients, understand their requirements, prepare proposals, and close service contracts. This role involves both field sales and client relationship management, so strong communication skills and confidence are essential.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Identifying new business opportunities across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors
- Generating leads and securing long-term service contracts
- Meeting clients for presentations and site visits
- Preparing professional quotations and service agreements
- Negotiating terms and closing deals
- Achieving monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Coordinating with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Keeping track of your sales pipeline and market trends
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of sales experience in Facility Management or Pest Control services in Saudi Arabia
- Good understanding of the Saudi market and client expectations
- Experience handling B2B sales and service contracts
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Valid Saudi driving license (preferred)
- Transferable Iqama (required)
