Full-Time Hiring Salesperson – Mattress and Sleep Products Retail
Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Salesperson who understands the mattress industry and knows how to turn customer visits into successful sales. If you’ve worked with mattresses or sleep products before and are confident helping customers choose the right comfort and support, we’d love to hear from you.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, explaining product features in simple terms, and achieving sales targets in a retail showroom environment.
About the Role
As a Salesperson, you’ll be the first person customers meet when they walk into the showroom. Your job will be to understand their needs, guide them through available options, and help them make the right choice based on comfort, support, and budget.
You’ll be expected to confidently explain the differences between various mattress types, materials, and features while maintaining a professional and welcoming approach.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting customers in selecting the right mattress for their needs
- Explaining features such as memory foam, spring systems, and orthopedic support
- Achieving monthly sales targets
- Promoting additional items like pillows, bed bases, and mattress protectors
- Maintaining an organized and attractive showroom display
- Handling customer inquiries and follow-ups
- Building positive relationships to encourage repeat business
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in mattress sales (required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confidence in closing sales and meeting targets
- Good understanding of different mattress types and sleep solutions
- Professional attitude and presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
