Full-Time Hiring Security Manager – Industrial and Oil and Gas Security Operations

We’re currently looking for an experienced Security Manager to join our team on long-term Oil & Gas projects. This is a senior role for someone who understands how to manage site security in large industrial environments and can confidently lead teams while keeping people, facilities, and assets safe.

About the Role
As our Security Manager, you’ll be responsible for the complete security operation across project sites. From planning daily security activities to managing teams and responding to incidents, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe and controlled working environment.
You’ll work closely with project management and HSE teams, making sure security procedures are followed and risks are identified early. This position suits someone organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable making decisions in demanding situations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee daily site security operations
- Lead and manage security teams, including shift planning and deployment
- Develop and implement security procedures and emergency response plans
- Carry out regular risk assessments and identify potential security threats
- Ensure access control, perimeter protection, and monitoring systems are working effectively
- Coordinate with project managers and HSE teams to maintain overall site safety
- Investigate incidents and prepare clear reports with corrective actions
- Liaise with local authorities and emergency services when needed
- Keep security records, logs, and documentation up to date
- Conduct security briefings and awareness sessions for site staff
- Support crisis management and business continuity planning
What We’re Looking For
- At least 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas security operations
- Proven experience in a Security Manager or senior site security role
- Strong background in industrial or project-based security
- Experience managing large teams in active work environments
- Ability to assess risks and put practical security measures in place
- Good leadership, communication, and reporting skills
- Calm and professional approach during emergencies
- Available for permanent, long-term projects
