We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Floor Manager to join our restaurant team in Saudi Arabia.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, supporting team members, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. As a Floor Manager, you will play a key role in creating outstanding dining experiences while helping the business achieve its operational and service goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our Floor Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the restaurant, ensuring that guests receive excellent service and that the team performs at its best. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive atmosphere, supporting employees, and ensuring that all operational procedures are followed efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily restaurant operations and ensuring smooth service flow
- Supervising, guiding, and motivating team members
- Training new employees and supporting their professional development
- Monitoring staff performance and maintaining high service standards
- Creating a welcoming environment for customers and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving concerns in a professional manner
- Operating FOODICS POS and billing systems accurately
- Managing cash transactions and ensuring billing accuracy
- Coordinating with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations
- Monitoring cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards throughout the restaurant
- Assisting with scheduling, staff coordination, and operational planning
- Supporting inventory control and stock management activities
- Building positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners
- Helping the branch achieve its sales, operational, and customer service targets
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and Saudi labour regulations
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, responsible, and capable of leading by example. The ideal candidate should have a strong customer-service mindset and the ability to work confidently in a busy restaurant environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant operations, hospitality, customer service, or a supervisory role
- Knowledge of FOODICS POS systems is an advantage
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic English communication skills
- Excellent customer service approach
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
