About the Role
As an HR Specialist, you’ll be involved in the day-to-day HR activities that keep the organization running effectively. You’ll support recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration while making sure company policies and local labour regulations are followed.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Managing employee records and HR files accurately
- Supporting employee relations and addressing HR-related concerns
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and Saudi labour regulations
- Assisting management with workforce planning and HR support
- Helping improve HR processes and daily operations
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
- At least 5 years of experience in HR
- Experience in construction, industrial, or oil & gas sectors is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Saudi nationals will be given priority
