We are currently looking for experienced and dedicated Safety Supervisors for an ongoing industrial project. If you are an Aramco Approved Safety Supervisor and ready to join immediately, this is a great opportunity to build your career with one of the major projects in Saudi Arabia.
We are searching for professionals who are passionate about workplace safety, capable of handling site safety operations, and experienced in maintaining HSE standards within oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, and construction environments.
What We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in industrial safety and a strong understanding of site safety procedures. You should be confident in handling daily safety inspections, monitoring workers’ safety practices, and ensuring all activities are carried out according to HSE regulations.
Candidates with experience in refinery projects, shutdown activities, EPC projects, and heavy industrial environments are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure all safety procedures are followed
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for workers
- Identify unsafe conditions and take immediate corrective action
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safe working practices on site
- Support the project team in maintaining a safe and accident-free workplace
- Prepare safety reports, inspection records, and incident documentation
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and workers regarding HSE requirements
- Maintain compliance with Aramco safety standards and company policies
Preferred Skills:
- Good communication and leadership abilities
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety and hazard identification
- Ability to work in fast-paced industrial project environments
- Familiarity with permit-to-work systems and emergency procedures
