We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, and promoting a wide range of industrial spare parts, automation products, electrical equipment, and engineering solutions. What You’ll Be Doing
As an Industrial Sales Executive, you will be the key point of contact for customers, helping them find the right products and solutions for their operational needs.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identifying new business opportunities across various industrial sectors.
- Promoting our portfolio of industrial spare parts, automation systems, and electrical products.
- Understanding customer requirements and providing suitable technical and commercial solutions.
- Preparing quotations, following up on inquiries, and converting opportunities into successful sales.
- Negotiating prices, terms, and agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conducting regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and generate new business.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Achieving sales targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is confident, customer-focused, and motivated to achieve results.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 2 years of experience in industrial sales, technical sales, automation products, electrical equipment, or industrial spare parts.
- Good knowledge of leading industrial brands such as Siemens, ABB, Schneider Electric, Allen-Bradley, GE, or similar products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A valid driving licence is preferred.
- Good command of English; knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.
