What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing day-to-day IT support for computers, laptops, and office systems
- Installing and setting up software, operating systems, and applications
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues in a timely way
- Handling helpdesk requests and supporting users with their IT concerns
- Setting up and maintaining printers, scanners, and other office devices
- Performing regular system checks, updates, and basic IT security tasks
- Identifying faulty components and repairing or replacing them when needed
- Supporting basic networking tasks like connectivity and device setup
- Keeping track of IT assets, maintenance logs, and service records
- Coordinating with suppliers for IT equipment or repair needs
- Preparing simple reports and purchase requests when required
- Assisting employees with system usage and sharing helpful IT tips
- Helping set up systems for new employees and managing user access
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in technical support, IT support, or helpdesk roles
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Good understanding of computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of networking, printers, and office IT systems
- Familiarity with system updates, maintenance, and IT security basics
- Comfortable working with tools like Windows OS and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and a helpful, user-focused approach
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized under pressure
