Job Description
We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Architectural Engineer to join its team. This role is ideal for professionals who have experience in architectural design, construction coordination, and site work, and who are interested in contributing to a variety of commercial, residential, or mixed-use building projects.
The company is seeking someone who can confidently handle architectural drawings, project documentation, BOQ preparation, and coordination with project teams. The selected candidate will play an important role in ensuring that architectural designs are properly developed and implemented according to project requirements and local building regulations.

About the Role
As an Architectural Engineer, you will be involved in both the design and coordination aspects of construction projects. Your work will include preparing architectural concepts, developing technical drawings, and supporting the project team throughout different stages of development.
You will also visit project sites when needed to conduct surveys, verify measurements, and ensure that construction work aligns with the approved design. Working closely with engineers, contractors, and project managers, you will help maintain design accuracy and ensure that architectural standards are followed during construction.
The role requires someone who is organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while working within project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for projects
- Develop and update technical drawings and plans using architectural design software
- Conduct site surveys, measurements, and feasibility checks before project development
- Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities), material take-offs, and cost estimates based on drawings
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams to ensure design accuracy
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Assist with project documentation, approvals, and technical reports
- Review and update drawings during project execution when necessary
- Participate in site inspections and project coordination meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
- 3–5+ years of experience in architectural design and site-related work
- Good understanding of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and construction materials
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Microsoft Office
- Experience with 3D rendering software such as Lumion, Enscape, 3ds Max Corona, or D5 Render
- Experience conducting site inspections and surveys
- Good communication and coordination skills in English and Arabic
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
- Valid transferable Iqama and a valid driver’s license
