Full-Time Marketing and Business Development Executive Required for Contracting Company
Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and driven Business Development & Marketing Executive to join our team in Bahrain.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, developing new business opportunities, promoting services, and contributing to the success of a growing construction and contracting company. You will play an important role in expanding our client network, securing new projects, and strengthening our brand presence in the market.
As a Business Development & Marketing Executive, you will work closely with clients, consultants, developers, and industry professionals while supporting the company’s sales and marketing efforts. If you are energetic, confident, and motivated by results, we would love to hear from you.
What You Will Be Doing
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, fit-out, renovation, and maintenance sectors.
- Build strong relationships with engineering consultants, architects, real estate agencies, developers, contractors, and potential clients.
- Promote the company’s construction, interior fit-out, maintenance, and facility management services.
- Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and introduce suitable solutions.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, proposals, and project opportunities to support successful project acquisition.
- Generate and qualify new leads through networking, referrals, business meetings, and market research.
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and industry gatherings.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, company presentations, and marketing materials.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Manage and update the company’s social media platforms and online marketing activities.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and business development progress.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in business development, sales, marketing, construction, contracting, engineering services, or real estate.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with clients and business partners.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- Valid Bahrain driving license.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.
