Job Description
We are currently looking for a Female Receptionist with experience in the medical field to join our clinic team. This role is perfect for someone who is friendly, organized, and professional, and who enjoys helping patients while supporting the daily operations of a busy healthcare environment.
As the Receptionist, you will be the first person patients meet when they arrive at the clinic. Your role will be to welcome patients, manage appointments, answer calls, and assist with basic administrative tasks to ensure everything at the front desk runs smoothly.
We are looking for someone who can communicate clearly, stay organized, and create a welcoming atmosphere for patients while working closely with doctors and medical staff.
About the Role
In this position, you will handle the front desk responsibilities of the clinic, helping patients with appointments, answering inquiries, and keeping patient information organized.
You will work closely with the clinic’s medical team to ensure that appointments run on time and patients receive the assistance they need. Maintaining a calm, professional, and welcoming reception area will be an important part of your daily work.

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk and Patient Reception
- Welcome patients and visitors when they arrive at the clinic
- Assist patients with check-in and appointment scheduling
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Provide information about clinic services and appointment availability
Appointment Management
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Coordinate appointment times with doctors and medical staff
- Inform patients about schedule changes or reminders
- Help maintain a smooth patient flow throughout the clinic
Administrative Support
- Maintain and update patient records and registration details
- Assist with documentation and patient files
- Handle emails and general clinic correspondence
- Support doctors and staff with basic administrative tasks
Patient Assistance
- Help patients understand registration and appointment procedures
- Provide clear and friendly customer service to visitors
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and records
- Ensure the reception area remains organized and welcoming
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Receptionist in a medical clinic or healthcare facility
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good organizational and administrative abilities
- Ability to work calmly in a busy clinic environment
- Professional appearance and a friendly attitude
Preferred Experience
- Experience with medical appointment scheduling systems
- Familiarity with patient registration and healthcare documentation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while assisting patients
- Comfortable working with doctors, nurses, and clinic staff
