Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced and reliable HR Officer / HR Manager to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, managing HR processes, and building a positive workplace culture, this role could be a great fit for you.
We need someone who has at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Human Resources and is confident in handling day-to-day HR activities as well as supporting overall organizational growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
- Taking care of employee relations and helping maintain a healthy work environment
- Implementing and improving HR policies and procedures
- Handling performance reviews, employee development, and appraisals
- Ensuring everything is aligned with labor laws and company policies
- Maintaining employee records, attendance, and coordinating with payroll
- Supporting training and development programs
- Assisting management with HR planning and team management
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of HR experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of recruitment, HR operations, and compliance
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Ability to stay organized, handle multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality
- Familiarity with HR software or HRMS systems is an added advantage
