About the Role
As our Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for growing our business by finding new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You’ll work closely with our technical and management teams to offer suitable IT and Low Current solutions based on customer needs.
Your day-to-day work will include meeting clients, preparing proposals, following up on leads, and helping turn opportunities into successful sales. This position suits someone who is confident, motivated, and enjoys working toward clear targets.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Look for new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Reach out to potential customers using phone calls, emails, social media, and referrals
- Arrange meetings with clients to understand their requirements
- Present IT and Low Current products and services in a professional way
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic sales presentations
- Negotiate deals and close sales
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Keep track of leads, client interactions, and sales activities
- Prepare simple sales reports and updates
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Follow up with customers to maintain satisfaction and repeat business
- Work toward meeting and exceeding sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in IT sales or a related field
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Basic knowledge of IT and Low Current systems (such as CCTV, Access Control, Networking, etc.) is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable approaching new customers and building relationships
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
