We’re currently looking for a well-organized and dependable Office Admin Coordinator to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys managing daily office tasks, supporting teams, and keeping everything running smoothly. If you have experience in office administration, coordination, or HR support, this could be a great next step in your career.

About the Role:
In this position, you’ll be handling the day-to-day operations of the office while supporting different departments. From managing schedules and documents to assisting with HR tasks, your role will be key in making sure everything stays organized and efficient.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Taking care of daily office administration and coordination tasks
  • Handling emails, phone calls, and general office communication
  • Scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and internal coordination
  • Preparing and sharing reports, documents, and meeting notes
  • Keeping files, records, and databases well-organized and up to date
  • Managing office supplies and ensuring everything is stocked on time
  • Supporting HR with onboarding, employee records, and leave tracking
  • Assisting with travel arrangements like flights, hotels, and transport
  • Working closely with different teams to keep operations running smoothly
  • Helping management with administrative tasks when needed
  • Having experience with SFDA or NUPCO processes will be an added advantage

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in office administration or coordination roles
  • Experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is a plus
  • Open to both male and female candidates

  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Strong organization and multitasking ability
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage tasks efficiently

  • Basic understanding of HR and office processes
