About the Role
As Procurement Manager, you’ll take full ownership of procurement and supply chain activities across multiple construction projects. Your work will go far beyond purchasing — you’ll shape procurement strategies, manage suppliers and subcontractors, control costs, and ensure everything is delivered on time and in line with company standards.
You’ll work closely with project managers, finance teams, and senior leadership to support smooth operations and successful project delivery. This is a senior role that requires confidence, strong decision-making, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced contracting environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Leading procurement activities for construction and contracting projects
• Developing sourcing strategies to support project timelines and budgets
• Managing supplier relationships, evaluations, and performance
• Handling bid reviews, technical comparisons, and commercial negotiations
• Negotiating contracts, pricing, and delivery terms
• Ensuring all procurement processes follow company policies and procedures
• Overseeing contract administration and supplier agreements
• Monitoring budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Supporting value engineering and alternative sourcing when needed
• Preparing procurement reports for management
• Leading and mentoring the procurement and supply chain team
• Coordinating with project teams to ensure materials and services arrive on time
• Managing procurement risks and resolving issues quickly and professionally
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 20 years of experience in construction and contracting
• At least 10 years in a leadership role as Procurement Manager or Supply Chain Manager within contracting companies
• Professional certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Supplier Management
• Strong background in supplier management, bid evaluation, contract negotiation, and cost control
• Proven ability to manage high-value construction contracts
• Solid understanding of the Saudi construction market and supplier networks
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Must be able to speak and communicate in Arabic fluently or at a professional working level
