Full-Time Production Supervisor Position | Manufacturing and Production Management

We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Production Supervisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day workshop operations, managing production schedules, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
We specialize in the manufacturing of kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, wooden doors, countertops, phenolic toilet partitions, custom furniture, and bespoke joinery solutions for residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail projects. We are looking for someone who can lead by example, motivate teams, solve problems effectively, and help us deliver outstanding results for our clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising daily workshop and production activities.
- Planning and monitoring production schedules to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Reviewing AutoCAD drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications before production begins.
- Coordinating closely with designers, project managers, estimators, procurement teams, and installation crews.
- Ensuring accurate cutting, machining, assembly, finishing, and packaging of products.
- Maintaining high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Leading and supporting carpenters, machine operators, CNC operators, and production staff.
- Monitoring productivity and identifying opportunities to improve workflow efficiency.
- Managing material usage and helping reduce waste wherever possible.
- Preparing production progress reports and providing regular updates to management.
- Resolving production-related issues quickly and effectively to avoid delays.
- Promoting a safe and organized working environment for all team members.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Wood Technology, Architecture, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in joinery manufacturing, woodworking production, cabinetry, furniture manufacturing, or interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen cabinet manufacturing, wardrobe production, wooden doors, custom furniture, and joinery works.
- Experience working with woodworking machinery and manufacturing processes.
- The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications confidently.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage production teams effectively.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to teamwork.
