Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated and technically skilled Project Engineer to join our team. If you enjoy being involved in projects from start to finish—from site surveys and planning to execution and handover—this could be a great opportunity for you.
This role is perfect for someone with E&I project experience who is comfortable working on site, coordinating with vendors and clients, and making sure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards.
About the Role
As a Project Engineer, you’ll support projects at every stage. You’ll carry out site surveys, prepare BOQs, manage technical documentation, coordinate procurement, supervise site activities, and support testing and commissioning. You’ll work closely with site teams and management to ensure smooth project delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
Site Surveys & Technical Assessment
- Visit sites to collect technical information and verify existing conditions
- Prepare site visit reports and highlight risks or design concerns
BOQ & Cost Estimation
- Prepare BOQs and material take-offs
- Estimate costs for materials, manpower, and subcontractors
- Support proposal and costing activities
Technical Queries & Change Management
- Raise Technical Queries to clarify drawings and scope
- Identify variations and prepare change orders with proper cost impact
Procurement & Documentation
- Prepare Material Requisitions, Submittals, and Non-Material Requests
- Coordinate with suppliers for quotations and deliveries
- Make sure all documents meet company and client requirements
Project Execution
- Supervise site activities to keep work safe and on schedule
- Support quality control and safety implementation
- Provide technical guidance to site teams and resolve issues
Testing, Commissioning & Handover
- Coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning of E&I systems
- Prepare as-built drawings, test reports, and final documents
- Support smooth project handover to the client
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electronics Engineering
- 3–8 years of experience in E&I project execution (Oil & Gas experience is a plus)
- Good knowledge of BOQs, Technical Queries, and E&I standards
- Experience with procurement processes (MR, MS, NMR)
- Familiar with safety practices on industrial and Oil & Gas sites
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
