Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager – Construction to join its team. This position is best suited for a professional who has extensive experience managing infrastructure projects and is confident in leading teams, coordinating construction activities, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully.
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing projects from the planning stage through to completion. Your main focus will be to ensure that all work is carried out according to engineering standards, project timelines, quality expectations, and safety regulations.
You will work closely with engineers, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination across all project phases. If you have strong experience in construction project management, infrastructure development, and site supervision, this role can be an excellent opportunity to further develop your career.
About the Role
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing infrastructure construction projects and ensuring that each stage of the project is completed efficiently and professionally.
In this role, you will coordinate project plans, supervise construction progress, and ensure that all activities follow approved engineering drawings and technical standards. You will also monitor project timelines, manage resources, and work with different teams to resolve challenges that may arise during the construction process.

- Manage infrastructure and construction projects from start to completion
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to maintain project progress
- Plan project schedules and monitor construction timelines
- Ensure construction work meets quality standards and engineering specifications
- Supervise site activities and oversee construction operations
- Monitor project costs, resources, and budgets
- Review project reports, drawings, and technical documentation
- Identify challenges and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track
- Maintain communication between project teams, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure all construction activities follow safety regulations and compliance standards
- Conduct site visits and monitor the overall quality of work
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure or construction project management
- Strong background in managing large-scale infrastructure or civil construction projects
- Experience in construction planning, site supervision, and project coordination
- Solid understanding of construction management principles and engineering processes
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Arab/GCC national who can communicate fluently in English and Arabic
